The New Bulgarian University was founded on 18 September 1991, as ratified by a resolution from the Bulgarian Parliament.
The New Bulgarian University was a trailblazer in introducing a credit system in addition to Professional Bachelor’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees to Bulgaria. Moreover, they were the pioneers in establishing distance and continuing education programs. This enhancement of the educational structure contributed significantly to the academic advancements in the country.

Student Support Department handles consultations with students and saved all the discussion in the database for instructors or administrative staff to track. NUCB offers dormitories where both Japanese and international students reside - fostering an international community both on and off-campus. At NUCB, we consider living together with students from other cultural backgrounds to be a critical part of the international experience - Students with diverse social, linguistic, cultural and religious backgrounds, personalities and ways of thinking live in the dormitories.
Computer Center is a computer-related student consultation, management of university information facilities.
Located close to Fushimi station in downtown Nagoya, this campus is primarily for our Japanese students. Students here can study the BBA program using 100% Case Method.This innovative method of teaching engages students in activities such as discussions, group work, and presentations which are essential in the business world. This Participant Centered Learning method is in contrast to the standard one-way faculty-led mode of instruction.

Club activities offer a great opportunity to learn a new activity or to continue activities that students have done previously. In Japan, such activities are taken very seriously as students consider them as an important part of their student life so interested students are expected to be serious about their participation.
